BB&T Complaint - RIP OFF ON FEES!! - Loan

PO BOX 580050, NORTH CAROLINA -- These guys took MONTHS to get me an invoice and billing address once they purchased our line of credit from another bank. During that time they charged me in excess of $2000 in fees. Once we got this fixed, our payment has been current ever since, but now they are charging "misc attorny/title/misc fees" which I have no idea what they are for. These have been showing up monthly and they exceed our principal payment. So now we will never get this paid off because of the BS fees keep racking up and they apply my payment to the fee first, then the principal last! We have been charged ofer $3500 in BS fees to date.

At the very least, you have a right to have these fees explained to you or completely removed.

I'd make a call to or directly go to the financial institution that is handling your loan. Get an explanation from them.

$3500 in "BS fees" sounds like a good reason to start looking for justification for those fees, unless you can afford to pay them. That would be more than an annoyance to me.
