Sirius Satellite Radio Complaint - Non Existent Customer Service
I have had Sirius Xm since about 2008.It came in my 2008 auto and I renewed twice. The first year it took almost a year and too many request to mention to get a friggin channel guide. Nobody speaks English in India or the Asian countries that XM contracts for customer service. All I wanted was a channel guide because my printer is not good enough to download one. You would think I ask for 1,000.00 and it was almost a year before an American man actually took my request and mailed my one. Now that XM has changed their channel line-up I have called all over India and Asia for the new lineup. I have called now for about 3-4 months and the ones I can understand say "sure we will mail you one".XM is just fine unless you need customer service. I pay a ridiclous amount of money to get this "nothing" customer service for something as small as a channel guide. The price of the service is tremendosly over priced for the service they offer. Now that I review the other complaints I see that it will be equally as difficult to cancel my service when my contract is up.
When will these companies stop sending customer service over seas? Do they save enough money on cheap labor to warrent losing customers who cannot understand them as well as not getting their needs met?
