LEWISTON, NEW YORK -- Ensil Crooks

I worked 11/1/10 to 11/17/10 for an outfit called Ensil Technical Services in Lewiston, NY and consider them crooks. I post the details here on 6/17/11 .

All links below point to pdf files:

1. Regarding 11/17/10 termination of employment. www.brakelite.com/vsEnsilCrooks/termination. pdf

2. Ensil 12/7/10 advertised for my job, NY0959573

3. My 12/20/10 letter to OSHA

4. Ensil 12/9/11 position statement, OSHA Case No. 2-07500-11-006

Ensil falsified my legitimate and proper reply to their bullying thug Elia that
"you are not my manager" and presented it to osha as one of reasons to fire.

5. My 12/27/11 rebuttal to Ensil position

6. 1/20/11 Follw up inquiry, osha indicated it’s unlikely any decisions
be made in next 90 days.

7. 4/27/11 follow up inquiry, osha indicated they will give me an update
when osha have one.
8. 7/19/11 osha reply:
"Your case is being written up now and will be reviewed by the Regional Supervisory Investigator shortly.
You will receive a Secretary's findings in the mail indicating the outcme."

Go to the New York Dept. of Labor website at http://www.labor.ny.gov
and see if there's anything they can do for you. Contact information is on the site.

As osha is under US dept of labor I was waiting so far for their investigation to finish before proceeding elsewhere, supposedly there will be an outcome anyday.Eventually I hope this ends up in court as the Ensil acts where in no doubt in my opinion where malicious and criminal.

Called and emailed NYS dept of labor, these are their email replies:
"The Labor Standards Division has no authority over hiring and firing.

John Hopkins
Supervisor of Labor Standards"
"We know of no agency that covers on the job harassment.

John Hopkins
Supervisor of Labor Standards"

I have also been referred to NYS dept of labor by an attorney I consulted. It seem to be a common misundrestanding that NYS dept of labor get involve in such matters.
EEOC on the other hand handles such cases but there was a time limit that expired while I was waiting for OSHA to issue it's findings.
