MICHIGAN -- Recently, I have a bad experience to buy a few cans of Enfamil toddler formular from Meijer.

As the ad stated, when we bought 2 cans, we can get 5 dollars credit. However, when we check out, they don't know there is this promotion, as like we were cheating. Finally, they gave us an empty card and ask us to go to the customer service. When I went there, they also didn't know this, and the attitude likes we are cheating.

Finally, after check, they give us the credit. With these experience, I am very hesitate to go to Meijer for the promotion. Some of them are really not professional.

Just because they weren't aware of the promotion, means they were trying to cheat you.

They had to check to make sure there was a promotion, and you received your refund.

I always bring in a copy of the ad. It seems to solve a lot of problems.

Was it in their print ad? Sometimes in retail they have email ads and secret promos and whatnot, and it makes things really hard for the workers to keep track. If it wasn't in the print ad, I could see how they might not know about it going on.
