BOCA RATON, FLORIDA -- I have now joined a rather long list of victims of this company's advertising. It is my own fault for not monitoring things, but when I ordered a DVD from them several years ago, it was apparently never received: I have the e-mail stating that it was 'unavailable'. (Many others have complained about this exact situation.) I didn't realize at that time that they were enlisting me in a "trial offer" membership, which after "7 days" would become a recurring charge of $19.95 to my Credit Card. I have looked through all the e-mails from the original order, and nothing whatsoever says anything about a 'membership'. So for the original DVD, never received, I have been paying for services also never given. They agreed on the phone to cancel my 'membership' but, of course, not return the charges except for the last two. And I will believe those when I see them. On trying to locate the company (listed as in Boca Raton, FL) to file a complaint with the BBB of Florida, I find that Florida BBB does not have any information on them.
There is an address online, but one source says they are in the Philippines (!!!).
My credit card company told me to contact them directly, then file a "disputed charge" claim with the credit card company. I will probably never recover any significant part of my money; but I think everyone should know about this scam. "A fool and his money are soon parted", and I can testify to that. Some complaints have said that one should "read the fine print"....well, there was never any fine print that I could see.....Beware or weep. And watch your credit card bills carefully.

You say "several years". How many years are we talking about? That's basically $240 a year. Didn't you notice that being deducted from your account?
