I have been with Ygnition for less then one week(installed last Thursday and now its Tuesday of the following week). Cable has been glitchy since we had it and then the Cable was out all yesterday afternoon till the late evening, waited on hold with customer service for well over an hour when they said the wait time was about 25 minutes on their website. And now the cable is out again today. This is not cool and I have to use them since my complex has a contract with Ygnition. Boooooooooooo so far!!!!!!!
