Sears Complaint - Never Again
I bought a tractor mower from there in the beginning of this year and it stopped working about 3 months ago. I called to set up a appointment for someone to come out and the next available appointment was a month. When the day came, we got a call having to reschedule again and it was going to have to be another month. Well, the time came and guess what? We got another call and now they are saying it won't be until another month. They said that the technician hurt his knee. I understand that people get hurt, but I do find it unbelievable that Sears only has one technician working. It is now going to be 4 months that we are going to have to wait to get someone to come and look at it. I don't think I have to wait another month for someone who may or may not come to fix our tractor.
I also purchased the extended warranty and am now realizing that was a waste of money because they never show up. This is ridiculous. I feel like just going to better business beuru. I now no not to buy big purchases from Sears again.
