Kenneth Cole Complaint - Damaged/missing items from kenneth cole

I ordered from kenneth cole 3 items....package was delivered in a box that was damaged and was missing an article that was prepaid for by pay-pal...I called their customer service, and because it was the second time I made this complaint that they could not replace or refund the price because of their policy......

When you say it was the second time "[I] made this complaint," do you mean two different incidents? If so, perhaps they feel there is a fraud possibility. Tough situtation for everyone involved. I can see both sides of the story.

If it was two complaints about the same incident, I don't see why that should matter.

When you signed for the box, did you note the damage to it? If it was delivered with no signature required, did you call the shipping company to let them know? If the driver is doing this then there is no way to track this without you telling them.

Always refuse damaged boxes. They cannot force you to take it or sign for it, and the delivery service will have to return it to the sender.
