Comcast Corporation Complaint - Continuous Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced
I have constantly had terrible customer service experiences with Comcast. My husband and I moved out of our apartment in March and turned in our equipment and were told we had a $0 balance on our account. With no notification in May we received a notification from their collection agency saying that we had a balance. We were told it was for equipment we didn't turn in. As we turned everything in they then had to track it down. Once it was tracked down they said we still had a balance for remaining days on our account. I have been speaking with them every day and hearing a different story from every person. They said that they could show there was a charge, but couldn't show what it was for. If there is ever an alternative to Comcast I will use it first. They are the most disorganized company I have worked with. Their attitude toward the lack of customer service and receiving contradictory information is completely disheartening.
