ROCHESTER HILLS, MICHIGAN -- Worst Utility Company I have ever seen. Worst Customer Support (they will make you wait like anything - Less Educated and Rude), Worst Treatment (they will not be polite as like other Utility providers), No status update (Call, Call, Call again again - You have to get it done. They will never help you in any regards and they will not understand your frustraction). After you signup they will give you a call after 15 days and ask you to start from the beginning. Their credit check is Worst. For the $100 worth Utility they will make you to get affidavit etc etc. (compared to my $20000 Chase credit card approved in 15 seconds). More importantly you cannot escalate any of your issue to higher management (they are still worst)
