Concast Complaint - Lies lies lies - tv internet and phone

PANAMA CITY, FLORIDA -- My wife and I switched form Knology cable service to Comcast because of many lies for the down time or interruptions of service on all products of Knology. Now that we have Comcast, since February of 2011, our service is extremely bad. I cannot receive internet all the time, my signal strength varies and unable to have internet on the other side of house, (1400 sq ft house) we receive messages on our TV that we are not authorized this channel (ABC and others) This morning we did not have cable, internet or phone and when we called Comcast they did not know what the problem was, not did they even try to explain why or acknowledge why. (One good thing was I was talking to an American within the United States.) This is the only good thing I can say about Comcast. I have had my IT person at home to help solve my internet problems with no help from Comcast, and no resolution. At this time Knology looks to be an excellent cable company to go with. but be careful of the lies from both. A company who will pull the wool over our eyes to satisfy them selves is hideous. We are intelligent and take the truth but if they really don't know, I feel sorry this company.
Comcast has also told us when the TV goes out that codes are dropping from our system. and after we changed to Comcast we found out that they do not support picture in picture, which most of my TV's have and I paid extra for. We have also been told that the Motorola software is not compatible with the hardware or cable box that we rent from them and they supplied
I am not happy with Comcast Cable Company.
