Burger King Complaint - Bad Service - Fries
My family went to Burger King after church Sunday night, Aug 28 to have dinner. I ordered my meal and received it right away. However my family ordered 2 of number 11 and waited 20 minutes to get their meal. Upon receiving their food, they found that one of the fries was cold. When asked to replace them they were told they would do so immediately. We ate our meal and still no fries. I went and ask for our money back for the fries. The lady said she was sorry and would bring the fries then. We had done eat, so I again requested a refund which she finally gave. Her reason for not getting the fries to my family was that drive through got really busy. I watched this whole thing unfold from where I was setting and I can tell you favortism was being shown to friends or family as they came in. I own a business and if I treated my claints this was I would not have a business. Someone really needs to look at this store and how they treat people.
