Whirlpool - Warranty - Service Is Horrible
Getting Whirlpool, and its servicing partner, A&E Factory Service, to act is beyond ridiculous. You would think that in today's day and age, getting parts delivered within 1-2 days shouldn't be a problem; or, just getting tracking and status information at the very least shouldn't be a problem. But, with both of these companies this is all very difficult. They just don't seem to give a damn. Definitely didn't expect this from a giant like Whirlpool.
We have been without a cooktop for over a week, and it could be up to 2 weeks by the time it's all said and done. Will definitely think long and hard before buying another Whirlpool product.
