Tmobile Complaint - Employees - My Touch 3G Slide
I paid $500 for my phone. After 2 months the phone would not charge at all. August 12, 2011 a replacement phone order was placed. T Mobile received the defective phone back on August 19, 2011 @10AM. The phone was signed for by [snip]. As of today, TMobile has not record of the phone being received and my replacement has not been shipped. I have been told a different story each time I call. I have had to purchase a replacement phone in order to use my service. I want my phone or a refund of the $$ I paid for this phone.
