Maytag Complaint - No Service
We knew who the local repair guy was for Maytag, CorDell Brown, so tried contacting him for 2 weeks. Then called Maytag direct and he responded, apparently he has 24 hours to respond, he was slightly over, but at least he was responding! After he told us what was needed we gave the go ahead in less than 24 hours and provided a credit card number. After numerous unreturned calls we again contacted Maytag directly. They spoke with him and told me that he would be happy to come repair my dishwasher. Hang up from them, phone him, he hasn't even ordered the parts! How was he going to fix my dishwasher? But he would order them now, 2 weeks later, not! Phone Maytag back, nothing they could do. Okay this is their company and there is nothing they can do? I agree that the Maytag guy is lonely since he isn't returning his calls, but what I read he could be a very busy man. Going out to likely buy an LG.
