T Mobile Complaint - They cancelled us - Mobil phone
Received a letter dated 8/16/2010 from T Mobile cancelling our service effective 9/13/10. due to high percentage of off T mobile network roaming. Letter also stated that all early termination fees will be waived. It also stated that if we wanted to retain our numbers we had to transfer to a new wireless company by 9/13/10. We went with Verizon and they had no trouble getting the numbers released from T Mobile. Now one year latter we are being harassed by a collection agency claiming that we broke our contract with T mobile and owe them $1600.00. We called T Mobil and they claim the same thing that we broke the contract even though I'm setting here with the letter they sent us cancelling our service.
