Bought 2 t. v. seasons of a series, money was deducted from my bank account, was sent a confirmation on my e-mail on 7/29/11 that my movies had been shipped on 7/28/11.After 2 1/2 wks. of no movies and postal service had no knowledge of these items, tracking number, lable number, zilch..started calling customer service, one excuse after another, on 8/17/11 was told could not anything until 30 days was up sooo...called back 8/30/11 for the fourth time, after 53 min. on hold off and on was connected to supervisior whom imediately told me she could not do anything till the 30 days was up, which I explained again the whole situation and that it had been over the allotted time[apparently didn't have my information pulled-up to know this, after 46 more min. came on to tell she would phone me after talking to her super's, asked did she have my # was told yes, asked her which # she had, hasitation... OH MY I don't have your number. I believe I was on hold sooo long cause they were in hopes I would hang-up after frustration getting to me and my info was never in front of them. I caught her off guard when I asked her to tell me the number, told they were FRAUDS!!!!!!DONOT ORDER FROM THEM
