T-Mobile Complaint - T-Mobile A Rip Off Company
I have trouble receiving a signal for my phone in my home and within a quarter mile of my home. I have made numerous calls since June of this year and hav been given the run around. I finally spoke to a supervisor who informed me that they do have very poor coverage in my area and I will have to wait 18 to 30 months before this will be rectified which is the time needed to complete the merger with at&t. I told him I am not happy with this answer and need to have something done or I would drop the service since the problem is theirs. He informed me a $600.00 Penalty would be imposed because I have 3 lines on the account. After arguing with this supervisor he told me that he could boost my signal by sending me an antenna to place outside my window and a device to put in my home for free and this will take care of the problem. Great. The only catch is I have to extend my contract for 2 more years. I told him how ridiculous that was since the problem was the service they were not providing and they should send me the equipment with out strings attached. His answer to me was take it with the extension or wait until the contract expires or pay the $600.00 And leave now. The govt should investigate the companies where they lock you into a contract and disregard you about poor service because there is no recourse a customer can take.
