Earthlink.Net Complaint - Bad Earthlink Tech Support

I HAVE TALKED WITH 9 TECH SUPPORT AT EARTHLINK AND 5 SUPERVISORS WITH AN EMAIL PROBLEM THAT I HAVE WITH THERE SERVICE AND FOR OVER 3 WEEKS THEY TELL ME THAT THEY KNOW THE PROBLEM AND THAT IT WILL BE FIXED IN 48 HR BUT HERE IT IS 3 WEEKS LATER AND THEY HAVE NOT DON NOTHING THE LAST ORDER # THEY GAVE ME IS 1408589.

MY NAME IS DAVID CEDENO. 732 300 8100, 732 458 1668. ITS OK WITH ME IF MY NAME AND ACC INFO AND PHONE #ARE GIVEN TO EARTHLINK ON THIS COMPLAINT.

call your local consumer protection agency and possibly the FCC and FTC too. Good luck!

You have just given tens of thousands of people your phone number - not a good idea. Earthlink is not likely to read this complaint at all.
