Sears Complaint - Sears warranties leave a lot to be desired
We purchased Sears warranties on several expensive Sears appliances refrigerator, induction cooktop, etc. Their service is a bad joke. The first repairman did not know a thing, and admitted so. He ordered the "first" series of parts, which didn't make sense to me. But he said they'll replace the first series of parts, see if things work, and if not, go to the next series of parts. What a guessing game! The parts arrived days ago. We called Sears to schedule their installation. The woman ws very nasty and rude, and scheduled us 12 days out! We called back to see if we could get a sooner appointment. The person this time was a little nicer, but still very short and denied out request. I would definitely not buy another Sears appliance, nor their warranties.
