Jenn-Air Complaint - Not Happy

Have had this refrigerator since 08. The ice maker works but will not dispense ice it just grinds and no ice.

Have you contacted someone authorized to service Jenn-air? Contact the retailer first. If you have additional warranty coverage on the product, the service should be covered.
