Ygnition Cable and Internet Complaint - Worst Service I Have Ever Encountered

I have never seen a company with such bad service. I have waited as long as 30 minutes to speak with someone and still didn't get to speak with any one. The basic cable I signed up for only had analog channels. I get more channels off my antenna and they're HD. The internet hook-up is slower than geologic time. Some days it wasn't too bad but we're talking 2 days in 30 here. I understand that I didn't sign up for premium service but if they take my money I expect at least nominal service. E-mails were never answered although on their wait line they encourage you to correspond by e-mail. Who has 30 minutes to wait on the phone and never get picked up?I just can't believe a company can get away with such horrible business practices. If you can't deliver just say so. I wish I had read all of the bad reviews before I signed up.
