Turkish Airlines Complaint - Flight attendant rude and ignore the call light
Turkish airlines first time and never will be a second time, period. My husband and my three young children went to India in May, 2011.when we returned from India to New York, my youngest son had a fever and threw up. I turned the light on for the flight attendant if they can do something for my son's fever. They ignored the call light and nobody came to us. I finally went to them and asked if they can help my son's fever. She told us that we have to fly only two more hours to get to jfk airport, we should wait. There is nothing they can really do about it. Then, I ask for another blanket and a glass of water. The flight attendant said another blanket for what? I told her my son threw up and the blanket was dirty, she went away and came back, and I thougt she will bring me what I asked - another blanket and a glass of water. She came back with a pair of gloves and a plastic bag and pick up the dirty blanket with a big attitude and never came back. I rang the call bell again and I let it rang and rang and nobody ever came and checked on us. Very bad experienced. The other passengers who sat around adviced us to report it to the airlines company, but we let it go. Thank God, my son is ok. If you don't want to do your job, quit. Remember, WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND.
