Staples Complaint - If you're a professional, go to someone else
I asked Staples to make 45 copies from 13 masters, and gave them a few days to do it. After getting home and laying out the copies for the presentation, there were 2 whole sets missing...26 out of 585 copies is a bit much to be missing. At the same time, I was picking up a router that I had bought online at Staples. The customer service guy wasn't sure whether the item was paid for or not....so that took 15 minutes to resolve. Then he had to make a copy of the order...another 5-10 minutes while he answered other questions and figured out how to use the copier (with some other employees assistance). Maybe he was new, or as evident from the missing copies...maybe they just don't care. The prices are good, but I don't know if I can stand the incompetence and the big time waste it is to go into Staples.
My time is more valuable than this...I'll simply do my missing copies at home and go elsewhere next time for my printing needs.
