Made a reservation through Interval International. In Kissimmie Fl. It was the worst dump of a place we had ever stay in. The rooms were nasty. I had taken a papper towel and rubbed it on the kitchen floor. The towel turned black. The same thing with the bathroom floor. The bathroom were filthy. The carpit was not vacuumed bugs in corners. They seemed they have been there for a week or so. Looked like everything was wiped down with a wet filthy rag. Called the manerger showed her. They cleaned it the next day. Did not even give us a temperary room until it was clean. It smelled moldy and we are alergic to mold. The people up stairs were very noisey yelling banging until 3am every night. Called security. They did nothing. Kept calling security and the manager and still they did nothing. This keeped going on each night. The children could not sleep. Worst vacation ever.

II is just an exchange service for timeshare owners and can't be faulted for anything to do with an experience at any given resort. Your complaint should be solely directed at the hotel. I would have been interested in what place you were at as we once stayed at a place in Kissiimmie, which were owned units being weekly rented, that had similar noise issues for us. I wonder if it was the same place.

Interval International has a website with a world map on it. You can click on it in the area you'd like to visit and the resorts for that area will come up. Each resort selected has the tyope of resort it is and what rating it is, plus customer scores and info about the resort and area including the current weather conditions. If people actually book with ii and don't do their homework and check out the resort they're going to then that is their own fault. If you choose to book in a lower rated resort then that is on you. ii does not personally scour each resort, it relies on customer complaints and yearly reviews so if people don't tell ii then they can't be responsible for poor vacation experiences.
