Memeo Backup Software Complaint - Customer Service? What customer service???

In my experience, the Memeo software does not work and their customer service does not help. They just keep stalling by posting questions on their "customer service" website and don't tell you the questions are there until they send you an email telling you they've closed your service request. In my book they get a zero out of ten on customer service. It is hard to imagine how it could be worse and still call it customer service.

So, in my opinion, don't buy an external hard drive with Memeo backup software or at least assume going in that you are not going to load the Memeo backup software and add the cost of separate backup software into your buying decision.

Speaking of that, anyone know of a good auto backup software?!!
