Clear Wireless Complaint - May as well throw your money in the wind!

I was told I would get a full refund if the product was returned within 2 weeks. I bought the product in an electronic store. I was told I would have no problems getting high speed internet. He checked my address and said I was near a tower. He gave me the thumbs up. I was told I was NOT under a contract. Got the product home, had nothing but loud static on the phone and couldn't stay on line, or it was dead slow. Found out I was in a 2 year contract. I returned the product within 4 days. The company will not respond to my request to give me a full refund. I ended up paying some sort of "connection fees." I gave them about 70 dollars and a lot of my time. Buyer beware.
