Time Warner Cable Compliment - Service call - Cable
I wanted to share with you on how well my service call went with the TWC tech yesterday (09/02/11). I was one of those people who lost power due to tropical storm Irene. I lost power for 24 hours but, when the power did come on I had picture but no sound from my TV. So I set up an appointment for a service tech to come to my house when it was convenient to me which was Friday. First of all when he called me to verify that I was home, it was less than 1/2 hour after he called when he showed up at my house around 8:30am. That was good. Secondly, he went and checked out the TV and the cable box and found that a cable was loose. He plugged the cable back into the box and PRESTO I got sound and he also adjusted the picture so I got a fuller picture in HD.
