Carls Carwash Complaint - Scratched my car
Complaint
I had my car custom washed at your Salsbury location lastweek. When your chop was done, I briefly looked over the car and did not notice anything wrong. However when I got home, I did find a huge scratch on the left back door! I brought my car back, but the men at the shop said they did not do it, and that I must have did it after I left.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I would like for you to pay to get my car re-buffed. I tried removing the scratch myself, but had no success. Please help.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.

Sorry buddy, but you can't expect them to fix every problem a consumer comes back with AFTER leaving their store. Sounds like you are out of luck.
