Dish Network Complaint - Incompetence - Receiver Return
We cancelled our subscription to Dish Network because of poor reception. We had bought our receiver from a store, not from them, but they harassed us to send back the receiver. We finally boxed it up the said receiver in a box they sent us and sent it. For a year now they have claimed not to have received the receiver and charged us for it. After many harassing phone calls and not listening to our claims of having sent it back, they turned us into a collection agency and will not remove it claiming they can't find the returned receiver. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
They have ruined our good credit rating. I hope they go out of business dying a rapid business death.
