Sears Complaint - I can't fix or cancel my order just 10 minutes after placing the order
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Sears.com today. Just 10 minutes after I placed the order, I realized that I chose the size of one pair of the shoes wrong. It should be 6.5 instead of 7.
So I contacted Sears via live chat. To my surprise, the CSR told me that my order can not be fixed. And I can not cancel my order. The only way to solve my problem is to return it!
In my experience of online shopping, the order can always be cancelled before shipping. But at Sears.com, I can not do that just 10 minutes after placing the order. I am very disappointed and will never shop with Sears again.
