FTD Informative - FTD is a rip off
I ordered flowers on Thursday 9/1/11 for a funeral on 9/2/11, I received an email from FTD stating my flowers had been delivered to the funeral home. My daughter called me at work 45 minutes before funeral - the flowers were not there. I called FTD & was given the run around, told my flowers were there, etc then put on hold. After holding for almost 15 minutes I hung up. Emailed them & told them I expected a refund. 24 hours after I had both emailed and called the company received email flowers had not been delivered. I called FTD this morning and spoke with another customer service person and given excuses, after demanding to speak with a supervisor I was given to someone who was very unprofessional. I hung up and called my credit card company and requested they reverse charges. 2nd time in ten years FTD has charged me for something that they cheated me out of and THE LAST TIME. DON'T BUY FROM FTD, after researching complaints online about FTD - they are poor substitute for flower delivery and very dishonest.
