Dillards Informative - Fraud
Do not use this system, Dillards is recording the banking information of every $500 dollars sales from any customer. The customer complete banking identity is stored in the CAD systems.
Dillards management required you to call the customer, while not giving you any call center training!
By doing so you are helping a criminal Enterprise, since the customer has never ask you to use his banking information.
One day while playing with the CAD, I have found banking credit card, pin and other customer confidential information.

This is absurd!!! Thanks for the information!!! I am a victim of identity fraud and I agree......by doing this Dillards is just helping the criminal enterprise by dishonest employees working there and having access to this information! Mine was stolen from a Dr's office! I really don't think any customer would give their consent for this and could be a lawsuit waiting to happen for them! They really need to reconsider!!!
