United Airlines Complaint - Lap Top
On 8/17, coming from Orlando fl. I was ask to give my hand luggage to cargo, I didn't want to give my lugggage cause I had personal things in my luggage, but the airport worker insist to give it, so it will go in cargo, but I told him that I had my personal things, so he insisted, I endup give my luggage, and forgot my lap top was in the luggage, when we got to SJO, we get our luggages, and went home, 3 days later when I decided to use my lap top, my lap top was not working, due to some damages that received in the cargo area, and I tried to deal with my HP warranty, but they said it will cost about $300.00 to replace the Hp screen.
So I blame United Airline for this damages to my HP lap top, and United Airline should pay for this damages cause to my lap top!!!
