Petsmart Grooming Complaint - Non Compliant Staff
Complaint
I called Petsmart to make an app't for a nail grinding for my dog and said could be there in an hour and gave her my name. She said fine. When I got there there were 4 people working in grooming. Two were with pets and the other two were at the desk. One on the phone and the other on the computer. When I was getting my dog ready one of the women said they were too busy to do a 5 min. procedure even after I explained I had called ahead. This happened at the Perimeter Parkway West Petsmart in Atlanta at 11:30 Labor Day.
I talked to the manager afterward and he offered to talk to them and have them proceed but I did not care to have the people taking care of my dog by that time. Grinding can hurt if they're not careful.
