Instaflex Complaint - Sent unauthorized shipment of product
On 5/2/2011 I was made aware that a charge for an overdraft on my bank account. Further investigation revealed a charge from Instaflex of $71.00 for a total of $106.00. The charge by Instaflex was made on 8/31/2011. Since I am a Senior on Social Security my benefits were not posted until 9/2/2011. I DID NOT knowingly order this product. I then went on the internet & discovered that I am NOT the only person to make a complaint with this company.
On Saturday 9/3/2011 our post man delivered the product from Instaflex. I was discussing this problem with him. I was advised to write "REFUSED" on the package & return it to the company. This was done. I do not know how long it will take for the funds to be returned to my bank account. That $106.00 was for groceries & supplies for this month.
