Four Seasons Nursery, Div of Plantron, House of Wesley Complaint - Dead plants - Nursery stock

Company very difficult to deal with. Plants received were dead. Read the fine print of their guarantee. Their conditions are difficult to meet. You must save the shipping label in order to return defective product.

I receive two different shipments of the same plants of which both were DOA. They were not dormant. They were dried out pieces of wood.

The only reason Plantron honored my claim was because I wrote the BBB and the State Attorney General of Illinois.

Plantron finally wrote a check for 2/3 of my purchase even though my expenditure was $31.43.

Buyer beware!

Did they deduct the shipping and handling costs from your refund?
