Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation Complaint - Taking out payment from my checking
I made a car payment on 8/25/11 and Nissan/bill matrix did another that day and on 9/2/2011 without my knowledge or okay which resulted in over $250.00 in overdraft fees on my checking account. Five days later it is still not fixed. My bank fixed one but Nissan and Bill Matrix has done NOTHING except put me on hold for over 630 minutes which resulted my my cell phone to be charged an additional $165.00. My checking account is still negative and I lost my job recently and have a fixed income. I have not been able to get any money out of bank since 9/1/11 and no=one cares.
This is not my fault, it is Nissans. They promised to handle in 24hrs and of course it was a holiday weekend nothing was done. It is so wrong!
