My Fresh Zone Complaint - My Fresh Zone has lousy service

I ordered a pair of size 8 1/2 shoes for my son and got size 10. When I contacted them for a return they said it was my fault. I just wanted shoes for my son so I said if it's my fault I'll pay the shipping to return and for the correct shoes and a restocking fee.

They still would not allow me to return the shoes. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

What does your order invoice say is the size of the shoes you ordered. If it was there mistake they should correct it.

Have you contacted your credit card company if you paid by credit card. They might reverse the charges since the company is unwilling to work with you on the exchange.
