Forever 21 Complaint - Refund Policy
After representative rang up my purchase, told me the price, I swiped my debit card, put in my pin and saw approved on the device, only to be told by rep, the system went down because my card was from a credit union. She then stated that she was unable to complete the transaction..I immediately called my bank, who informed me that the amount of the purchase over $68.00 had been debited from my account.. Informed rep, who got her manager, who said she did not have a record of the transaction and to come tomorrow..Went back the next day with copy of banking transaction and was told there was nothing they could do..would have to file a report and get back with us..spoke to the district manager, who says it takes 24 hours..It has been since August 17, 2011...have not heard from them and district manager will not return my calls. Please tell me whats my next course of action..
