Home Depot Complaint - "green" Paperless Billing is making me RED
Consumers...BE AWARE...these comnpanies like Home Depot make "extra" money when you subscribe to "paperless" and you don't get a bill for 3 months via the internet. I forgot I charge $171.11 on May 6th. I never received an email with the bill til today September 8th. My new bill with interest, penalties is now $267...!!
I should know better than do paperless.....AND YES they have the correct email address. Funny thing...I got it today but NOT JUNE, NOT JULY or NOT AUGUST...! SHOP AT LOWES SHOP AT LOWES SHOP AT LOWES SHOP AT LOWES
