Spirit Airline Complaint - False Advertisement
Since joining the Spirit $9 fare club I have been accumulating mileage expecting that I would get a free ticket. After getting over 10,800 miles I notice that my account was stated as zero miles. After finally getting someone in customer service to explain the problem, I learned for the first time that you lose your air miles every three months if you do not add to you air mile account by booking another flight or charging something on the Spirit Master Card. There is nothing that is quoted in any material that this is a condition of their mileage program.
When will we ever learn that Spirit Air is a bunch of crooks. If social networking can over throw governments in the middle east sure we can unite and get Spirit to be more customer friendly. If anyone knows how to get this started count me in.
