Direct Shopping Network TV Complaint - Non Delivery of Merchandise
It has been months since April 17, 2011, that I ordered a jewelry auctioned item and several other jewelry items only to be told that they are short handed and would try to expedite my items, still several months later nothing. I am no longer interested and would like a refund. However, I keep getting the run-a-round and while on hold for more than 15 minutes, my calls are disconnected and then I'll have to wait again on line for 30 minutes or more. Always the same story, they will follow-up and get back to me but never do. No one in the customer service department knows where my jewelry is but will look into it! This is the worst customer service dapartment I have ever encountered in my entire lifetime--total lack of customer assistance in resolving problems and in providing assistance. I feel that DSN-TV is fraudently selling jewelry items they don't have but charging the customer in advance for orders they cannot fulfill perhaps. None the less the consumer should not have to wait months to have their orders shipped and not be informed about why the items are not shipped to them and customer service is not able to assist or inform you either if you paid for them. This just seems to me as a new form of stealing from the consumers.
