Assurant Health - Time Insurance - Wisconsin Complaint - Assurant -- Worst Customer Service Ever!!!
Assurant Health failed to tell me that CIGNA became my primary coverage -- when my husband put me on his work insurance - we thought -and I discussed this with Assurant - we thought that CIGNA was my secondary. Now outof no where Assurant is saying they want providers to give back money -- it is a mess that Assurant has created because we didn't know how long I meanwhile I filed claims with Assurant -they never said a word, after I told them I had CIGNA - that Assurant became my secondary insurance --now I have to refile a ton of claims made because of a severe dog bite incident.
Assurant's service representative are terrible inexperienced and ill trained -avoid Assurant they are a terrible company
