Balduccis Complaint - They took my money.
FARMINGDALE, NEW YORK -- I ordered $200.00 worth of food products. They were to ship the items to me over night. All went well until I opened the box. Some of the items were wrong. They were not what I had ordered. When I followed the instruction on the invoice to call them, all I ever got was a busy signal and a message to call back at another time. I did this for 4 days. I then faxed my request for them to send the correct item. I did this 3 times, with no responce. I then E-Mailed them 3 times, same thing, no responce. I then decided to call the order desk and low and behold they answered the phone. I told them of my problem, and they informed me that"we can only tke orders for products." They would not help me or could not help me.
So, by now I an resolved to the fact thatI am not going to get what I had asked, and paid for. However, if I can pass this nightmare on to others it will at least make me feel better.
The moral of the this story, when you order from this company, you can be sure they will take your money, but if you need help with a complaint, you may just get a busy signal./
