Couru d'Alene Out back Complaint - Poor-Poor Service And Raw Meat!!

I made a complaint about this Outback approx. 2 weeks ago. I spoke to the owner(Drew) and his main concern seemed to be when I made the complaint. I told him there were 6 in our party and we were unhappy. I sent my hamburger back after taking a bite and it was raw. The waitress brought it back after 25 min. and it had been recooked. The bite was even missing. Ruined my dinner! Even at McDonald's this would be unheard of. All of us ordered sweet potatoes and the order was taken. 25 min later the waitress said they were out? Strange and it was only 5pm. We were all very unhappy!! Mr. Owner said he was sorry and would send me coupons to come back. It never happened. This is almost 2 weeks ago. Outback will lose customers to the Roadhouse, Olive Garden and the Steak House in the area. I feel I was not only treated terribly in Outback but was lied to by the owner!

Karen - sometimes when managers agree over the phone or email to give you coupons, they simply forget or lose track. While you shouldn't have to do so, a call and a friendly reminder could bring the result you were promised.

In my experience though, at Outback and TRH in particular, going back with coupons just allowed them to give me poor service one more (last) time. Olive Garden doesn't give such coupons, but I stopped going there due to poor service also.
