Clear Wireless Network Complaint - Dishonest Thieves Hiding Within Bureaucratic Buck Passing
Clear Wireless Network www.clear.com Signed on 6/8/11 and was informed I was going to begetting 4g network. Then after 3 slow months, I called to cancel> They tried to argue me out, and the man said that 4g had not been set up in my network all that time and only 3G service was out there. When I asked for all my money back plus I still had 7 days paid, and wanted a refund, they tried to bamboozzle me and he pressured me not to change..when. I protested and he said I would he would file a complaint and that I would NOT be getting charged a $30.00 disconnect fee plus 10.00 prorated fee back. that was about 8/17. I called on Aug. 27/28 to ask where my money refund was. I was again informed that NO 4g service was set up for my area only 3G...then They told handed me to a supervisor who told would not give me any money back and cut me off after enduring 34 min HOLD. He then lied and said "NO I had 4 G service. ." Today 9/9 I called and found they billed me 30.00 disconnect, have yet to pay me 10 prorated fee and then when they "went to get a supervisor" I was left on hold for 33 minutes and again disconnected!! They must be trained to give the consumer the run around, tell big lies, wear down anyone who complains and make off like BANDITS. They are hard to deal with, disreputable and a bunch of shell game playing, pass the buck big FRAUDS.
