CVS in Winston-Salem, N.C. Complaint - Tyrant Managers a.k.a Headhunters
Having a tenure over 10 years. Management wants to downsize and increase productivity and sales. They (headhunters) will change employee policies at a whim. Not coming from corporate at all. Just only in the district. They will write you up for just about anything. Now everyone that works has to go through a airport security pat down before leaving the store. They worry about the store's score but degrade the customer service and their employees. We have to start working split shifts. Workload is more but no pay raises. Answering the phones like a drug pusher. Must meet flu shot quotas. Compromise isn't an option. Fairness is dictatorship. Full-time hours cut to part-time. Threat on losing my health insurance. The list goes on and on. Nobody really cares anymore or ever did. Impossible to stay on much longer but we all have families to feed and bills to pay. We now can relate how people went postal in Kansas. Things are getting worse by the day. The future of this company is not looking bright. They should tell the public what CVS really means. Consumer Very Stupid/take more dope. End of my rant for now.
