EA Sports Complaint - Terrible Customer Service

EA Sports, though it produces good sports games, has the absolute worst Customer Service function of any company I have EVER dealt with. If you play online, your account will erroneously get 'locked-out' randomly and without cause/reason....at least none the company can explain. The only means of contact is Email and they respond when they want to with absolutely no useful information or actions. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE WHO READS THIS BOYCOTS EA SPORTING GAMES purchases from now July 2005 until July 2006. Don't let this terrible problem persist, because you will be a victim at one point or another.

Did you already order your case of booze? I assume people will be able to play online right, biz? I'd love to take your imaginary title from you.

I have played EA games for as long as I can remember. Their support department has degraded over the years until the point where you basically just don't get a response, or have to wait weeks. If you are lucky enough to get a response, it is likely a cut-and-paste troubleshooting procedure. I have learned to look to forums and unoffical game sites for help with problems.
