I was in the Value City Furniture in Plainfield IN over Labor day weekend and had a very nice experience. When I walked in I was greeted by a man named Peter who was very friendly and let me lookaround freely. I had a few questions about some furniture which he informed me was new and even showed me the features which I knew nothing about. I didn't make a purchase but when I'm ready I know where I'm going. I thought the service was nice and not pushy and the store looked very clean and organized. He told me to come back Monday becausse there was a band playing and Iwish I would've. I can't think of anyother retail establishment that is this nice and has a band!!!!
